Text Box: Barrie Vincent & Partners is a private practice of Chartered Building Surveyors providing the full range of building surveying services to both private and commercial clients. The Chartered Building Surveyor is a specialist in buildings and their construction, refurbishment, alteration and use. Barrie Vincent specialises in Party Wall Matters and Expert Witness services. We have roots extending back to 1940 when the practice had offices in the Hampstead and Chelsea areas of London.  Expansion of the practice brought us to Dorset in 1974. We are, and always have been, committed to providing the highest standard of services to our clients and our existing quality standards have been tailored to the criteria required by ISO 9000, as approved by The British Standards Institution. The Practice is very conscious of developments in information technology and uses computers for CAD design, digital photography, word processing and accounting. We aim to provide a first class service which exceeds your expectations and which gives you confidence to consult us whenever you need professional advice.
